Applications are open to students at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Engineers, researchers, and writers are all welcome. Whether you want to build and deploy tools on a technical project team, compete at a high level on the Competition Team, or examine AI as a civilizational and cultural force in the Literature Division.
Member applications close on Friday, September 18, 2026. A final list of projects will be announced closer to that deadline. Project selections will take place during the first general body meeting.
Executive Board applications close on Tuesday, September 1, 2026. Applicants to the Executive Board should expect an email to schedule a phone call interview as the next stage of their application.
